Colour Space

The National Library’s exhibition room is turned into a “Colour Space” for a few weeks.

From 9 November 2024 to 24 January 2025, the NL presents contemporary editions from the “Verein für Originalgraphik” (VFO) and printed works from the Prints and Drawings Department (18th – 21st century). The juxtaposition is expressed in seven themes exploring different aspects of colour, such as primary colours, colour ranges, colour mixtures or colour versions. The exhibition will be further enriched by both historical and contemporary literature dedicated to colour.

Collateral events

In conjunction with the exhibition, the Weekend of Graphic Art (“Wochenende der Graphik”) will take place on 9 and 10 November 2024.
