Daniel Spoerri Archives

Because of in house work is the consultation of the archive Daniel Spoerri temporarily limited.

Daniel Spoerri, prominent artist in the Swiss and international contemporary art scene is one of the major proponents of the Fluxus movement and of the "New Realism". In 1996, Daniel Spoerri donated the totality of his archives to the Print Room of the Swiss National Library in Bern.

His archives include his correspondence,  which reveals various projects and collaborations with his other artists, a photographic documentation of his entire artistic production, publications, films and audio documents. Other documents will be added to this collection in the coming years as they become available. These archives are perfectly suited to the Print Room as they enrich its contemporary art collection.
