Special collections
In addition to the Lüthi Bible Collection and the Indica Desaï/Wyss Collection, which are the two most important special collections, the SNL disposes of numerous other special collections in the following areas:
- Music publications
- Library Science
- Press and radio
- Politics, business and economy
- Sciences and Sports
- Genealogy
- Religious, charitable and student associations
The main collections are the areas of music, library science and press and radio.
General overview of the fonds
In this list, the fonds are divided into three groups according to the type of documents they contain:
Within each group, the fonds are listed chronologically according to the date they were deposited at the SNL or according to the date when they were first constituted.
Manuscripts and music fonds are usually located in the music section of the Swiss Literary Archives.
